2.2 Data collected through the Portal
For the consultation of the "public" part of the Portal (i.e. the part freely accessible by each user), no personal data is provided by the user. Following the mere navigation in the publicly accessible pages of the Portal, some navigation data may in any case be collected automatically, including:
IP addresses;
URI - Uniform Resource Identifier - addresses of the requested resources;
time and method used to make requests to the server;
numeric code
Navigation data are related to the user's operating system and computer environment of which transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. For this purpose, the Company uses a third-party tool (Google Analytics) for statistical and marketing purposes only. However, the data is managed in a completely anonymous manner. Although this information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, by their nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. These data are used only to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the Portal and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. The Company also uses other third-party tools such as the social networks Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
For access to the reserved content part of the Portal, or for any possible contact with the Company from the user through, for example, sending e-mail messages to the Company's contact details indicated on the Portal, the user's data must be considered acquired and, therefore, processed in full compliance with current legislation. 3. Purpose of data processing
The Company processes the personal data that the user has provided through the Portal exclusively in connection with the use of the Portal itself. In particular, the user's personal data may be used for the following purposes
(a) provision of the Customer's requests and functionality of the Portal (such as registration, access to restricted areas, communication with the Company, communication with other users, etc.);
b) processing of payment and invoicing data. The Company will process the user's personal data only to facilitate purchases and to process payments made. In no way will the Company acquire the user's banking information as any payment will be made through Paypal or other third-party payment platforms;
c) sending information about the services and goods offered on the Portal (e.g. payment status, shipments, news, events, etc.) and updates on the functionality of the Portal, for example, by e-mail or post;
d) profiling activities, also with automatic systems, to elaborate specific marketing activities on the users' habits/preferences.
The purposes listed above are subject to the user's consent (which in some cases must be explicit). The Company will not use the data provided for purposes other than those listed above, to which the user has agreed, and only within the limits indicated from time to time in any further specific information accompanying the different and specific service that may be required by the user. The user's data will never be sold, rented or in any case transferred by the Company to third parties. The user is the sole owner of his or her data and may request that it be modified or cancelled at any time: see below the "rights of the interested party" section.
4. Storage of personal data
The Company will keep the user's information within the terms required by current legislation and, in any case, for as long as necessary to provide the services requested. In the absence of specific consent to sending commercial communications, the processing of data will have a duration of ten years. After this period of time, the user's data will be permanently deleted (subject to legal obligations).
5. Security and transfer of personal data
The transfer, storage and processing of user data that are collected through the Portal are ensured through appropriate technical measures. User data is collected, stored and maintained on a secure server.
6. Transfer of data to third parties
The Company does not transfer your personal data to third parties.
